hey guys! so I'm totally lost on this on I recently bought an iPhone 5. I'm pretty siked about it. One of the main reasons of getting this phone was to listen to Pandora in my car. i currently have the Kenwood dpx308u head unit that has both the USB connection and Aux input.
So i've had the phone for a little over a week and have been listing to my pandora fine through the aftermarket lightning charger cable until today. For some reason my stereo wont recognize the iPhone anymore. It charges it but it gives me a message (on the the head unit) that it is either reading or that the "iPod" is stopped. It's weird it will play the first song on my iPhone play list but if i try to skip it, it wont do anything. The same goes for Pandora in it sometimes plays the first couple seconds then goes into reading mode. There isn't any messages on the iPhone saying it's not supported either.
I did some tests, and as soon as i disconnect the iPhone everything is playing on the phone. So the music is playing on the iPhone, the head unit is just not delivering the music to my stereo. Any ideas?
