iphone with Bluetooth/hard wire Glitch

Ever since i have update my iphone to the latest iOS (im usually several versions behind to avoid this) and also updated my entune. Some times my phone just starts playing music even tho i dont have a music app open. Then i have to manually force it to play podcast, then if i change the volume it stops the podcast. It happens when i have it in bluetooth or plugged in via the cable.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or is there a fix?

Haven’t had it happen in my wife’s 2020 TRD ORP yet, but for what it’s worth it happens every week or two in my 2016 Chevy Duramax. No clue why. Always occurs when Bluetooth connected, never when using lightning cord.

I uninstalled the entune app and it appears to be working a lot better.
