Is it a speaker buzz or door panel vibrating.

Again, I've searched.

Brand new car and there's either a speaker humming or a door panel vibrating. I'm too old for extreme volume. That's not the problem.

I hear a Buzz at really any volume, but my hearing is such I can't really locate the culprit. Bad hearing but can hear this thing. The Dealer could have a bad day if they say I gotta live with it, or some such nonsense.

Maybe I should just listen to Easy Listing music.

Not sure what you mean here.

I guess I was asking if there's a common/known problem with speaker buzz on the bass end of the frequency.

At some frequency I'm getting a buzz and not to do with volume.

I've noticed the door panels vibrate like crazy at say volume 20 and above and is the reason I think it could be the panel.

I know you guys can't really answer definitively. Again just wondering if distortion is common and what/if that common cause could be.

Got a a lot to learn about this vehicle.

My sound wierd, but remove anyfhing in the center console (cup holders, shifter...) just to rule it out. I have found more then one rattle there and would swear it was in a door panel.

I noticed that if you leave items in the side door pockets that certain items can cause a buzzing sound when you turn up the radio loud enough.

I put emergency hammers in both the driver and passenger door pockets and the driver side was buzzing like crazy. Had to remove it to make the problem go away.

It’s the only thing I can think of unless your speakers are blown. Also check your EQ settings maybe something is turned all the way up like the bass or treble.

I'll see if I can record this. Maybe I can learn how to take 15 mins and cut it down to show an example.

I don't have anything stored in the doors. And nothing else I've done that could be the cause. I'm getting this immediately after taking off the wrapper of my brand new purchase.

It seems by now that this is not a common design problem, so I'll just move on and explore common reasons for this. I have the list of reasons ingrained.

That said, these door panels sure do vibrate. I'm going to look there first.
Gotta figure out how to remove them to take a look.
