Just get a set of sylvania silverstar ultras.
White hot. maybe be a hint of yellow from a certain angle. But no blue in it.
Would I be able to put the bulbs that are in the high beam slot into the low beam slot and get something even stronger as a high beam bulb? I really like the brightness of the high beams and the low beams are not bright at all.
and no I dont want any HIDs
What exactly do you mean?
I don't know if you have a 3rd gen but it's one bulb for highs and lows. Like rip said, sylvania silverstar ultras are you're best bet.
Inspection for what?Would you even pass inspection of you ran hi beams as lo beams?
Inspection for what?
And no one will notice.
And if you are paranoid, just take out the Hi Beam & put back in the Lo Beam...no one will ever know.

I was reading this thread and wondering If you even looked at the lights on the 4runner. 1 bulb... And yes the 1 bulb has high and low beams.
