I have a 03 v8 with a magnaflow replacement muffler. I was driving with just the rear window down today and noticed when I got on it my truck had the rotten egg smell. I do have my tip side exit fwiw. I do not have any cel or rattles as of right now. Do you think my 3rd cat is bad? Shiyld I replace with straight pipe or buy a cat alignment 142SLC4

A rotten egg smell can be due to a bad cat conv, but there are others causes too, do a little searching on the web.
As far as your "3rd cat" being bad, do you mean you've already replaced it twice?????
That's crazy, they should last at least 150K miles.
And I've never heard of a "cat alignment", what is that about?
