Is There A Ram Air Kit For My 4R Sport

So I have a 1999 4Runner Sport 3.4 engine , and it has the scoop hood but it seems to be for show , now do they have a kit to make it actually active and if so where would I find it . If not has anyone custom one , I appreciate any input.

Thats all the scoop is for.....show. Now you can take the padding or whatever is in there but all it'll do is make the engine bay dirtier. Another thing to consider is even connecting it with the rest of the intake system you'll see no real gains except that it might be a little bit louder. one the reason this is, is because the scoop doesn't sit high enough to channel air in to have that ram air effect you want. A better alternative for you would be the deck plate mod and the ISR mod. And take it one step further by doing what this guy did.

Thank you , I figured such , since it is only 2 inches high , and the average ram air is 5-8 inches off the hood. That is the exact engine, so it might be a good idea...
