Is there a rubber floor mat that covers the entire cargo area with the seats folded down.

As far as I know there is not. You would probably need to make one if you want one.

I went tomoffice depot and for one of those rubber mats with carpet on it. Rolls up part way when the seats are up. It doesn't cover all of it but does the job for the most part

You can just cut a rubber bed liner to the right size. Should give you pretty complete coverage.
