I don't know what it is, but I find I spend a serious amount of time on this forum. I do have a job, a girlfriend and other interests but I find one of my favorite chill activities is jumping on the forum and reading, responding and starting threads on topics that interest me. My girlfriend calls it "Truck Porn".

I guess the first step is acknowledging I have a problem. Maybe others like me who spend lots of time on this forum could start a support group.

Yeah there's a group. We meet here everyday around 6am. And almost every hour thereafter. New guys are suppose to bring cookies...

I check this forum A LOT !!!! Always fun and interesting to see what someone has to say. And I always learn new stuff.
 
I'm at work when I post here, so I refuse to admit I have any problem. This isn't even my only stop on the all-expense-paid internet tour! Some of the sites I even get paid to post on (not this one, 4Runners are just my interest. Nobody pays for such minimal contributions). The life of professional e-commerce schmucks treats lazy people like me just fine.

:grouphug: Group hugs for all. I think you become a full blown addict when you realize that one is not enough and then all of a sudden you have 4 4runners in your driveway.

I've been trying to hide my addiction, going to the bathroom two, three times a day. Waking up early, pretending I'm heading outside to get the paper but taking a few minutes to check the latest post. Trying to create an argument where there isn't one, just to get some alone time with t4r.org. Sometimes when I'm alone I'll find myself sitting in the back of my 4Runner where I have a bottle of Coca Cola hidden and I just sit there dreaming of the next trail, the isolated stretch of highway at night window open the sound of tires pressing their way along the blacktop. Then, the garage opens, and suddenly I realize it's not my fault!!
