Ouch! how much more torque/hp did you get?

It really depends on what you have. The URD can give as much as 15 more hp at the wheels while the APR gives 30 RWHP and 20 lb-ft of torque on its base map for a stock truck. I have been told by APR that they have 5 maps for my truck and that some of the tunes are to hot for the cats so they need to be taken off. Really the APR is engineering genius working full on with the factory ecu while giving more power and a safe guard called Engine Guardian.

jet performance i belive has a programer as well, i looked awhile back and it was like 2 to 4 hundred range.

Chips are useless. Glad to hear that there are handheld tuners available. Does anyone write tunes for the T4R's? For my Mustang, a handheld is virtually useless unless you can get a custom tune written by someone that attained rights to the proprietary software that enable you to overwrite the REAL performance enhancing parameters on our Control Modules. Just messing with timing is useless.

I looked into those a while back too.. jet representative told me 6-10 hp & 8-12 ft. lbs. for that, but I dunno if I believe that. Its not plug & play either
