I just received the Metra kit... looks about the same as that Crutchfield one... did you use a dremel to open that pocket up (increase the height of the opening)? Looks like that bottom unit might be at an angle facing up a bit? More details please, there's probably alot of people interested in a 2-single DIN clean install, thanks!!!

Yes I used a dremel had to open the top and bottom and used the stock brackets to hold the 2 units together you will have to measure the 2 units together to see if it will fit mine fit great and I still have some more room you will have to be creative good luck

they will make the 2 radios look like your factory radio

Cool, so these just fill in the leftover space on the left and ride sides of the two single DIN units? I guess there is no leftover space on the top and bottom of the two units installed then...?

I'd like to see a pic of these filler brackets installed.
