My sister works for Toyota Headquarter in Torrance. They have employee purchase program for family members. Here's a quote for 2006 4x2 4Runner Sport Edition V8. Is it a good deal?

Also, can I get auto-dimming rear-view mirror with HomeLink for the 4x2 V8 SE...or is that only on the Limited?

Based on prices for '05s when I was looking close to a year ago, that is a damned good deal.

You can add the homelink yourself later for about $75 and 5 minutes of your time; it's what I did on my used '03 V8 that I ended up purchasing last year.

I was looking for nearly the exact same vehicle ('05 V8 Sport, 2-wheel drive) and could not get any dealers below $31.8k down here (and I was unwilling to go over $31.3k).

With all those options that is a pretty good price based on the numbers I know you will be saving about $500-1500. I would not worry about the dimming mirror or homelink because they can easily be added latter. Do a search to find out more about adding these two items.
