Is this ALL I need for my lift order?

I posted this in the suspension forum but I figured I'd get a better answer here.

I'm about ready to order everything I need to get my 3 inch lift on my 1998 4runner. Ive found that everything is pretty confusing but I THINK i've got everything ready to order. I just need yalls help in case I'm missing anything.

I've decided to go ahead and go with new coils and struts/shocks. Heres everything i've compiled:

OME 881 Front coil set + 10mm lift enhancer kit
Old Man Emu Suspension for Toyota 4Runner Trucks- Wheeler's Off-Road, Inc

OME 891 Rear coil set
Old Man Emu Suspension for Toyota 4Runner Trucks- Wheeler's Off-Road, Inc

Rough Country 9000 front and rear shocks
Rough Country Nitro 9000 Shocks from Wheeler's Off-Road, Inc

Front Differential Drop
Toyota 4Runner Suspension Equipment -Wheeler's Off-Road

Will I NEED an extended brake line as well?

i wouldn't get rough country shocks.. i have seen many users here bashing it because of their undesirably short lifespan. some of them wheel often, so that may be the cause. but if you really wanna be sure, get something else.. Bilsteins are always good.

I too would suggest at least Bilstein 5100's from Toytec in terms of shocks.
In terms of brake lines, you will be fine.
You will want to look into rear diff drops as well as sway bar end link extensions or quick-disconnects from WabFab I believe. It all sort of depends on how much you will wheel this thing.

And what part of VA are you from? If you need any help, let me know man!

Are those necessities? I mean I could order those at a later time just because I'm ready to throw the cash down and get these.
And I'm in chesapeake, but I'm out in vb usually 2 times a week! I could always use more help since I'm slowly getting into all of this diy stuff!

Well, they will be necessities if you crawl and mud and such. The pro's for suspension extension components are that they correct angle issues after lifting; so they will increase the time frame for equipment replacement. It's mainly a precautionary measure.

A suspension lift with the essentials would be your front and rear shocks and coils. I haven't gotten my front coils yet but I have FJ superflex coils in the rear. I am going to go with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable "coil-over" coils for the front.

And I have friends in the Greenbrier Parkway area as well as Volvo Parkway area.

panhard bar drop kit (Toytec). Recommend changing some bushings (end-links, sway bars, control arms, etc.) I put energy suspension polys on all. Also check LBJ's while under there -

I ended up changing everything while it was apart (UCAs, LBJs, OTRs, ITRs, and sway bar links front and rear). I'd like to say I intended to do this from the beginning for peace of mind but really it was because all the fasteners were so rusty I had to cut everything off with a plasma and air chisel. :frusty:

In the end it turned out great and handles perfectly but be prepared to buy an extra piece or two. Also, if you want extended sway bar links for the rear, just buy a set of standard links for the front, they are the same, just about an inch or so longer and work perfectly after a lift.
