I posted in another thread on accident earlier today (sorry Mike)...

Thought I'd let this thread die as it served its purpose, but I have a question that can probably get addressed easily here, as opposed to a new thread...

I don't have a lower fan shroud. Never knew until now...

Is this something that I can add later, after the radiator install? Seems like it, but I'd like to make sure... Thanks.

The factory fan shroud has a little hoop around the bottom that is removable, is that what you are talking about? If so, its there to allow you to remove the radiator and/or shroud without removing the fan itself. So yeah, it can be added back later if it is currently missing.

Really appreciate the part numbers Mike. Again, the local dealership does not have these items... Just ordered from Camelback though.

I also ordered the three studs and nuts for the t-stat housing, and those arrived at the local dealership today.

Those mistaken posts all cleaned up...

With the engine running for 15-20 minutes, while burping the system, the temps that would would have around 210 F before (jiggle valve at the top), were in the high 180's to low 190's (jv at the bottom).
