Is this spring in good condition?

Hey everyone,
I'm planning on buying a rear set of springs that came from a 99 4runner and planning on replacing my sagged 97 springs. I found a great deal on craigslist but I'm not sure if they're sagged on not.

How would you tell if they are? And these springs should give me an about an 1" lift right?

Thanks

I've found this image, but these springs seem to be fairly new.
Could it be that they're not settled yet?

I know the 99 tall springs have about an extra 3/4 of turns than the regular spring. Say 97 spring has 6.5 turns and the 99 tall springs must be like 7.25 turns) Yes the 99 tall springs give about an inch lift. But keep in mind, within about an year or two they will sag too. To cope with my rear sag, even with 99 springs, I installed air lift air bags. Have you consider air bags?

Do you think its worth buying airbags for me? I kinda want the look of a 1-2" lift.
I don't really go off roading. My road trips are usually mud and unpaved road. My trunk probably weighs an average of 100lbs, not including human weight.
Also do you know any information about stock springs + spacers+ airbags?

Sorry for all the questions haha
