Issues with iPhone and 5th Gen radio

Hey guys, I have a 2019 and an iPhone 11Pro Max. The week after I bought the truck, my radio started rebooting itself over and over until the phone was disconnected from the Bluetooth connection. I went through the dealer I bought it from, and was told to turn off my contact list, which worked. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and if you've come across a fix that doesn't include turning of the contact list? TIA

I have a 2019 ORP and an iphone XS. I haven't had any of these issues. Do suppose the problem could be with the more recent iphone 11 pro max?

Maybe there is a setting the head unit doesn't like. Not much help I know but I'm sure it's frustrating. Not being able to use the contact list just sounds lame to me.
