Cool , hopefully Toyota will focus on quality and not being number 1 , If there quality stay's and works hard in quality control the rest of the take over will follow suite all on its own without a problem.

I agree, sales should be based on quality first, capacity (manufacturing) second. I hate to see a mainstay American company like Ford lose ground to a foreign based subsidiary, but let the quality speak for itself. Ford's has been rising lately while Toyota's has been slipping...
That being said, I purchased my runner for its reliability and quality, just like most of you. I drove an Explorer v6 and v8, and lemme tell ya, no comparison folks.
