So it happen.... traded in my 2017 4Runner for a 2016 LandCruiser.

So jealous, I have the highest confidence you won't regret the move. If you haven't already read up on it check out the Tundra front end swap.. Tundra control arms, tre's, and cv's bolt right up giving you additional width, yielding approximately the same travel you'd get on a 4Runner with a +2 Long Travel kit but with factory Toyota parts. Let me know if you're on 'mud and I'll be sure to follow you. Sweet man!

While I love what I've done to my '17 TRD Pro, been REALLY missing some of the luxury/modern features my last CUV had - as well as the abundance of power (the 4R is fine for most driving, but takes some planning to pass in the mountains/at elevation). Been pondering a 200 series for something I can get worked on locally...or a G if I can tolerate the drive for service. Both seem like strong/reliable vehicles that can be taken almost anywhere.

Good choice, OP - best of luck with your new Land Cruiser!!!
 
I want one of those bad. To bad they stopped selling them in Canada. When they did they were like $110K..

We had the pleasure of checking one of these things out and I must admit, it’s very much to our liking, very comfortable. That front facing trail camera is amazing when it comes to picking lines and placing that tire.

It’s just my wife and I, and while a little large for my needs, it’s on the wish list. Taking size into account, GX vs LC is a tough choice for me because I really like the agility of the 4Runner on and off the trail, but you just can’t beat a Land Cruiser.

Congrats on the truck.
