I've searched forum after forum, I've gotten a professional mechanics ideas and suggestions along with his manual. I've checked everything I could check, I've replaced the 02 Sensors, plugs, wires, coil packs, injectors, and fuel filter. I just want an answer to what can be causing this and the answer I dont want is check with toyota because guess what... THEY DONT KNOW EITHER! Here's my problem
Started off with the code lean on bank 1. Thought cool easy enough. Code came back after 2 o2 sensors, and 4runner started to bog down when accelerating. drove it, and truck got worse until now it doesn't go at all. Checked around, some told me injectors, some told me clean the MAF, so on and so on. so I got a professionals manual and started running diags on it. a few injectors tested bad, as did a coil pack, so I replaced everything just because I wanted to be able to say it wasn't any of those causing the problems. truck sat for a little while because I had to get enough money to buy all the injectors and coils.... of course its a toyota right?
got everything purchased replaced. Tried to start the truck, wouldn't start at first, kept trying over a few days... Got it started. runs like it did the day I drove it in. would barely move the truck. Hooked my obd2 scanner up to the truck, Codes: p0300, p0304, and p0306. Simultaneous misfire on cylinders 4 and 6. no clue what to check I went back to the manual. checked diag for that code, went out ran the truck and got it nice and warmed up for about 5 minutes, hooked the scanner back up to it. now p0300,301,304,305, AND 306 cylinder misfire on 1,4,5, & 6. Checked ECU for proper voltage, checked what seemed like every sensor under the hood, NOTHING came out of specs. PLEASE help, I need this thing running.... RIGHT!!
