Haha You saw that huh? Should be at the end of this year. Its definitely my next mod.
My 886/896 coils are too stiff. I know they are intended for bumper usage but its a tad oversprung in my opinion. Looking at a Radflo 2.5 setup. The company is 10 min from me. I went to their shop and hung out with the owner for a bit. I was thinking about the 2 inch long travel but its just so damn expensive....
I got all the skids
Front, Mid, Tcase, Gas, Crosmemeber, Diff.

Yeah, ive read the 886's are a little stiff even with bumpers and weight. Good call on the Radflo's though! will you get the OW spec valving?
I wanna see how the diff cover looks. I might snag one if the BAMF's doesnt fit with our links but I hope it does!!

Yeah, LT is hard to justify.
No, Jerry makes an 8" rear diff skid for the tacomas but their rear setup is leaf springs so it might not fit with our rear link mounts and coil buckets. It might be too wide. Waiting on measurements so I can check.

Started the install on my skids. Apparently Budbuilt makes a special crossmember for shrockworks sliders which i didnt order. So the transfercase skid and gas tank skid will have to wait.
For now I got the front, mid and diff on.
Now i Just need to find some JDM taillights to get rid of the red....

Truck is looking good. You are turning into a white version of Josh's truck with that orange and bumpers. And don't change your tail lights, They look great.

Sorry Austin, I should clarify.
I am switching to ICON Coilovers not ICON lower links. I think the ICON lower links are Hideous.
Going for extended travel resi's? Are you going to keep your OME setup in the rear?

Yup. Extended travel resis for the front.
Gonna ditch the OME setup. Its way to stiff even with bumpers.Gonna use an ICON shock with a CSS dual rate spring in the rear. They make one thats like a 240/300. Alot of people with rear bumpers
have them over on T120. Not to stiff and rides nice.

Check out the Kazakhstan runners build, he's got some sweet led tails if you're set on changing them! Whip looks amazing man, great work
Sounds like a great setup you've got in mind. Are those coils like the MT ones, but heavier?

yeah I think the icon lower links look like garbage to but was hoping ur were talking about lmao.. let me kno what coils u get an how they work out.. specifically interested in the free height measurement I'm looking to get away from my 886 OME coils as well just adding radflo shocks helped the stiffness for me a little though
