As part of the DVD NAV system my '04 comes with the JBL 10 speaker upgrade. Per Toyota customer service they indicated a rating of 360 watts into 8 speakers. (Dunno what happened to the other 2)

Where is the amp located? How easily can the speaks be upgraded with the OEM amp for better sound. And is that tiny sub in the back even working??

Questions, questions. But this system is very limited in what it can do. And I don't want to get rid of the NAV set up.

update: Is that the amp located next to the sub? Or the sub's amp? Saw the pic's but am fuzzy on which amp it is.
