I want to see the rescue pictures too. That is pretty good. I just want to know how this was going to be a good idea with out checking how deep this really was.

Yeah, there might be a coverage issue on that one, since most auto policies cover accidents but not intentional acts. While he didn't necessarily intend to drown his truck, he did intend to drive it into water of unknown depth.

Eh, they'll probably cover it, then drop him.
 
It only needs a snorkel and some 44" super swampers

Snorkel on wrong side

If it has a snorkel it's mounted on the wrong side.
That looks like a place that the water may rip it loose and float it out to sea. Then you can tell the insurance company that you don't know what happened to it or where it is.
