Many probably already know that JEGS is a good company but here is another reason I like them...
I ordered a part last night (doesn't matter what) and the order said it would ship in about 10 days. This morning I got another email saying they are out of stock and will have it drop shipped from the vendor in 20 days. JEGS also gave me the option of canceling the order.
Not many companies would let me know about the delay or offer to cancel the order.
Very nice way to treat your customer JEGS, keep it up!!!
