Johnnytoofye's Build Thread

So glad you're here to talk about it. Hopefully the doctors can figure out why you blacked out! I was following your build trying to copy some ideas to mine. Vehicles are replaceable but you aren't so glad to hear you are okay! Looking forward to the next version you share!

God was with you, you are and were blessed, walked away and have another 4Runner. Good luck with everything, and glad nobody was hurt.

Your new ride looks just like mine. This is my first time looking through your build thread and I was shocked when I seen what happened, but like everyone else has said I am glad you are ok and now have a new 4Runner. I will keep a eye on this build and watch your progress.

Hey everyone, haven't been on here in a while due to school starting back up. First off I want to thank you all for your concerns and blessings you've given me from my recent accident. It means a whole lot without a doubt.

Now let's move on to the fun stuff.

So far with me having my new 4R I've done a few minor changes. I blacked out the headlights and made the reflector white. Decided to do something different. Next I replaced the stock TomTom head unit and replaced it with a Pioneer AVH-4700 touch screen and wired up my amp & subwoofers.

Finally, I made some purchases for this new ride. I want to tell BUT...I'm going to make y'all wait cause it makes it that much more fun. I'll make sure to get around posting some pictures.

Nothing major so far. Did this a week after having the new car. I've seen everyone do blacked out headlights and leaving the reflector amber, so I decided to make mine semi-gloss white.

Still continuing my headlight build. About 90% done.
Only things that have to be done are changing the DRL and parking lights to white LEDs.
Other than that this is how they currently are. Red demon eyes added that were from my last retrofit.

More still to be done. Have to get the Toyota front and rear badges painted.
Thinking about taking off the side and rear lettering emblems.
Upgrading the stock front coils to some bigger/longer ones.
But as of now, this is the new 4R.

No new mods done yet. Only major thing that was last done was a wash, clay bar, and wax treatment.
This was done about 3 weeks ago. Here are the products that were used

Wash given a wash yesterday. How it currently looks.

Here are a few things that are still on the list:
- Install Borla dual exhaust system
- Adjustable Front Coil Over Kit for Bilstein Shocks
*For a true 3" in the front
- Uniball UCAs

Also I have a 30" LED light bar that has been sitting and plan to install it.
I'm looking for a flush look where it sits right in place. I would like some suggestions for this and installing as well.
