Thanks for the responses. Please for those who purchased 2006 T4R V6 4WD with 120k+ mileage, kindly advise what parts to replace as part of preventive maintenance.

Also, please advise on where to get the best deals for original toyota parts e.g oil, air, cabin filters, brakes & rotors, suspension bushings etc

Welcome to the forum I would suggest changing all your fluids if they have not been done yet.
I joined Toyota owners and it had all the history of my vehicle and then I added what I have done it is a great service page and keeps your records.

Hello BOSMECH, thanks for your rely, I'll certainly do that.
Please suggest best fluids (synthetic?) for engine, transmission, differential, power sterring and brake systems. Have I missed out any other fluids to change?

Don't forget the coolant also.
Synthetic is the way to go but regular fluids fine just as long as they get changed.
