Pretty awesome! What were you using to film? It looks like a good quality video.

GoPro Hero 3+ mounted on my front bumper.
You can see it just under the Toyota symbol

Legit. Thanks brotha.Alright I will... I will give you the key to my vault of Joshua Tree this one I have has always been on private status and has many details and hidden gem spots (not referring to yellow post) some barely known/ unknown about by most.
You can click on any of the icons anywhere on the map. All the yellow tent symbols are ...well yellow post sites or dispersed camping which there are a few more I still need to add. The brown tent symbols are pay campgrounds.
As far as Old Dale Mining District like Drunner97 said its BLM land there aren't any actual yellow post but many people use the mining sites as camping spots out there, but yeah BLM is all a yellow post site as long as your 100 ft from any Rd/trail. So that also means it's all primitive camping on any BLM Land, which are the areas I have covered in turquoise that you see on the map ..but hey it's free and open for to choose where you may lay your head.

Can you make a campfire at these sites you're talking about? I know winter time gets pretty chilly.

Can this data be saved for use offline?
We really need to plan a trip on this forum out there.. Can we look at dates? Should I start a new thread with polls?
Not a problem...brotha.

Yes this data can be used for offline ..that actually is my offline map made in mymaps app from google com which also transfers to google earth downloaded as a kml or kmz then from there can also be downloaded to a memory card or straight to a Garmin device for GPS navigation and you can have your offline map running on a tablet or phone etc etc.
I was actually gonna post for any of these areas as an October run for this month .. But your more than welcome too.
Ps there's not really a button

Should be able to find a spot. It's rock climbing season, not spring break seasonGoing to Joshua tree this weekend. Any tips or suggestions?
We don't have a spot just yet but will go super early Saturday to try to get one. If not, we'll camp on BLM.
