I just finished a new video, featuring this small town in the mountains of eastern San Diego County:

Though it's not a ghost town, this former mining town has many historic buildings, great scenery, and a chance to tour an authentic gold mine from the 1870s.

Awesome vid and info. Wish I had visited while I lived down there, didn't know about until my last 8 months or so out there and just didn't get the chance to go visit.

Thanks.

I've heard from several people who live in San Diego and still didn't know about Julian, as well as many who know about it but never got around to visiting there. Which is kind of surprising since it seems like everyone in the county is there on weekends and holidays. :)
