IMO it's his attention to the smallest details that makes it so clean. All the mods flow well together and creates a good looking package overall. Not just haphazardly thrown together for the sake of throwing parts on.
For example:
I would've never guessed in a million years that the cap was modified, yet it looks a ton better and a lot less "aftermarket-ish".

Watching your video cracks me up every time, but I mean this in a good way. It's basically like you see a tiny sports car zip by, then another and then another, and then this 5000 lb monstrosity right on their tail, :lol:
You sir have some talent and balls! Just plain awesome seeing you run your 4runner on the race track like that! :lookout:

Nothing against blk-4runner's truck, it is indeed pretty ****ing sweet, but there were a few reasons he didn't receive my vote. For one, it just flat out doesn't look like a lot of thought went into it. I feel there was more money than thought put into it, and it's a bit over the top. That truck just screams I want attention. By no means is there anything wrong with that, but it's just not my cup of tea. For crying out loud how many lights do you need, when you have LED light bars covering other fog lights.

I guess to each his own but it just looks so sweet! You can definitely tell there is a ton of money into it! I agree there might be a few too many lights but I still think it looks so sweet ! Not to bash 4th gens but I never thought anyone could make one look that badass, and extreme looking. I think the problem with most people is it might be too much for them but IMHO its so sick!

Yeah, to say the least I would totally rock that truck even though it's not necessarily my taste. I felt the same way about 4th gens, but they are really growing on me. Growing on me to the point where I went and test drove a V6 and a V8 to see if I'd even like it, and I do..... I think a 4th gen is in my future.
I never understood why 3rd gen owners never give credit to 4th gens. With a 4th gen you don't have to worry about LBJ's, pink milkshake radiator issues, and other things of that nature. From the reading I've done it seems the V8 4th gens are reliable, and if you can get over the fact they don't look as badass as a 3rd gen out of the box, they're pretty much a sweet SUV. If you're going to mod the truck, all the perks of a stock 3rd gen vs a stock 4th gen are kind of a minute point.
This is just my take on it. Not to mention the interior is nicer, and the power from a V8 or even the 4.0 V6 is a huge improvement over the 3.4. When I looked at the 4th gen, it seemed almost as if everything I hate about the 3rd gen was fixed by Toyota.
