Hey guys, I was curious who's got the biggest indash screen? Whether you massaged a tablet into the opening, or custom installed something else, let's see it!

Mostly interested in 4th gens (because that's what I have), but open to all.

If I did the iPad, I would make a din slot to hold my radio and do the connection Bluetooth, it's been done by rafa other iPad install, right behind the iPad.

Exactly. I have a Samsung 10" Tab S and 8" Tab3 to play with. Probably go with the 8" since that won't cover the climate controls, or vents without relocating anything.

I was kicking around doing a full blown carputer, but have been reading up the last couple years, actually, that there are so many issues with the processors (Atom in particular) being very slow, which you are mostly limited to when trying to keep it in a small, tidy package, for the mobile environment. You also run in to overheating problems due to the power supplies being right next to the processor, especially if it's in a fanless enclosure.

So, back to the tablet install....
I was thinking the same thing about having a nice single-Din head unit. Either run audio through Bluetooth, or dock/aux input. And that web link for Soundman you included has some interesting equipment shown which I'll be looking into as well!
