ARKRWLR, what is the purpose of llamas? And alpacas for that matter? I have tried for a long time to figure it out, and just cant come to a reasonable explaination. I suppose they would be fun to shoot at

So a few of us did a post Thanksgiving day-run on Saturday. Weather was great and conditions on the trail were perfect. No broken parts was a plus however, I came home with 3 small new dents :redbrick: One on the driver side rear door, one on the driver side rear quarter panel, and one on the upper corner between the back glass and hatch. It damn near knocked the glass out.. The last one is the worse. We did some gnarly trails though. I hung in with all the solid axle trucks
This guys knocked his driver side mirror off on the tree to the left. I managed to kiss my driver side rear quarter panel on it as well.
I'll have a few more pics when I get them from the rest of the people that took some as well as pics of the dents

I do remember looking back as it was happening. It didn't get the glass as much as it did the pillar. I just remembering face-palming while murmuring softly, "damn"
It's been a while since I've made any updates. I haven't really done anything. Still saving up for the FROR full float kit, trying not to pull the trigger till the Holidays are over with. My lady and I had our anniversary yesterday. She told me she was getting me a nice gift, combining my birthday (in October) and our anniversary for it. So yesterday was the day and boy was I surprised!
Can't wait to use this thing!!

What an interesting couple days it's been. Christmas came and went but not without a bang. Snowpocalypse hit Arkansas yesterday evening with freezing rain and snow fall and around 3pm we lost power along with 200,000 other people that night. Lucky for us, we got our power back 20 hours later. The following day I just HAD to get out and enjoy the sites. I totally forgot to take my new GoPro as I was so excited to get out. I must say, these new tires are amazing in the snow. I love them. So, here's a few pics with some digitally enhanced ones at the end. I got front and rear WeatherTech mats for Christmas which came in really handy today.

Thanks. We got more snow than we bargained for. Can't say I've ever seen a foot of snow in Little Rock. There was like over 250k power outages. State went a little crazy lol.
What color WeatherTechs did you get? Great minds think alike. They were greatly needed and actually add a little style to the interior. I went with black, they match my seat covers.
So I've changed my plans up again
. Looks like I'm going to hold off on the FROR Full Floater kit. I'm purchasing a used rear driver side hub with axle shaft so I can get my ebrake back as well as going to clean up both rear hubs and maybe fix them so they wont leak in the future anymore. Come tax returns I'm buying something I've wanted for a VERY VERY long time and I'm tired of waiting for someone to rear end me so I don't have to pay as much lol. Going with a CBI steel plate bumper, with swing out, and side tubing for quarter panel protection. Debating whether or not I want the single can holder. I've chatted with Nathan a little bit and I will be placing an order when I get my returns back.In other news, looks like all that hard wheeling has caught up to me. My driver front wheel bearing is out. Tire wobbles all over the place. I figured I might as well replace the lbj and tie rods while everything is apart. Does anyone have any specs or details on what it takes to get the old bearing out and the new in? My buddy has a press but I don't know if it's going to work, and I'd like to find out first. Anyways, I think that's about it. :thumb3:

Love the 4runner man i love the size of it and stance. Im about ready to finally put mine on some 35s with a the toytec coils up front and super flex coils in the back, checkin this thing out reminds me to get on it already!

Probably a good call on skipping the full float for now. That CBI is going to look so sweet. I've been looking into them more and more since I will be plated up front instead of tube like I was originally going to do. Either CBI, ODL or making my own. We'll see though. Can you get the hybrid bumper with a carrier because that would look sweet with your ARB up front?

I could but I like the way the swing out works with the plated bumper. Plus, I can get a 3/4" swing rather than a full length swing If I wanted to keep some the weight down a tad. It might also be a little cheaper, but I don't know. I'll have to ask Nathan.
