Haven't replaced my starter and haven't replaced my rack and pinion... Just haven't had time. Between work and me moving this weekend everything is crazy.

My rotopax stuff came in. They sent me the wrong pac!! So for now I'll rock it until the other one comes in. Was suppose to be a water pac. I used the jeep factory tire mounting kit and drilled new holes in it to match what I needed. The mount is adjustable but it sits all the way in and still has rooom so no need to adjust it out. I love the lock design, it's pretty neat. In all, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Looks better than that stupid dirty ass steel rim

I've done the starter and that's a young bucks job. I'll stick to helping with the rack. If you have a body lift that might help.

I'm heading the Ouachita's again this weekend. It might be a little weaker than your used to but we generally have a good time. Going to scout some trails we haven't been on yet.

lol, who you calling young buck?? Keith text me about it. Unfortunately I'm moving this weekend so I wont be able to come. My steering rack is in no shape to do any kind of offroading anyways.

I am currently redoing my whole steering system...I have the same issue you are dealing with....popping and binding, play in the rack.

Are you going to go OEM with the rack?

A friend of my buddies sold me his oem one for cheap. He just cut all his stuff off for a sas. I'm sure this will fix the problem but I don't know how long this one one will last. It's not that big of a deal If I end up having to replace it twice cus I have lifetime alignment but it will be a pain. At least this way I have a core if I end up getting a new one. I really want to get a new oem one but don't have the cash for it right now. I need to just slap this one on and make it last for a little while longer and worry bout other stuff. I need to do my timing belt and everything very soon now that I'm over 170k.

The Roto Pax looks sweet man! When I first saw them on an episode of Xtreme 4X4 a while back I didn't think they were all that functional. But seeing the different containers they have available and the numerous mounting locations is making me reconsider.

I don't know if you covered this previously, but what shop offers a lifetime alignment?! Do you mind if I ask how much you paid? I definitely need an alignment and would love to find a place that offers lifetime alignment.

Yea, the company has really grown in size. They offer quite a bit of stuff now days. Their customer support is really nice too. They easily made things right when I told them they had sent the wrong pac.

It's through Firestone. I think I paid around $125 or so for it. They had a promotion on it at that time otherwise I think it's more around $150.

I just got some TRD decals as well. I went with an all matte black look though as it will work better on my truck. I'm not completely sold on them, but for $20 I figured why not. I will have to check your thread for your placement.

Thanks! I got them off ebay. I can't remember the company. Just search "4Runner headlights" and you'll find them. Some are plastic lenses and some are glass. You'll want the glass.
