So I took some advice and started buying different odds and ins the runner. I bought a set of NKG plugs and a NGK wire set. Going in tomorrow. Going to get a Scangauge II and Trans Cooler to void the 'ol strawberry milkshake. At about 500 miles shy of 150k I think it's time to pay attention in getting the most out of this rig and stop worrying about offroad additions for the moment. I also bought a couple of These so I can redirect my ghetto rigged antenna switch and also have a spare

Just wanted to update my build for future reference.

I got around to putting in new NGK plugs as well as a NGK wire set. About $60 bucks and 1hr time It was done! Old plugs were Denso so looks like they might have been changed before. But it never hurts to know you've got fresh plugs in there. Old plugs were decent, but not great.. couple worse than others. My MPG is around 14 so we'll see this helps. I noticed my TB was pretty gunky during the plug install. Gonna pull it off and clean it soon.
I bought a TRD trans cooler from a member here. Waiting to hear back. Hopefully have it soon and installed as well!
Sorry, no pics of the install guys. It's not really any different than the rest of the installs. Only thing that proved troublesome was since I have 3" suspension and 2" body lifts it's kinda heard to reach in the engine bay... and I'm 5'10 lol

What did you do to the mounting brackets to align the ARB up? I'm trying to weigh out some options.
Mine has a 1" gap even though I have 0" of body lift... my last ARB had less of a gap and I had a .5" body lift. I guess they changed something recently.

Thanks guys. Should have been there, everyone had their jaws dropped lol.
A good buddy and I took just the bumper off. We then measured the brackets to move up 2". So we cut and then started welding them. Couldn't have been easier. I don't know when you got your ARB bumper but apparently they changed the brackets not too long ago. I have the original style. I don't know if it would be different for the new style. I haven't heard of anyone doing it yet.

Got a few items today
Ended up getting a good deal through my buddy that works at an auto store. After I return the cores I will only be spending $260, which isn't bad at all. I'll eventually upgrade rotors. I really want some Brembo cross-drilled rotors.
A few weeks ago I got a good deal on some center caps, finally. They make it look great. They aren't in perfect condition, but they still have all the clips. Just a little paint faded.
Also, a while back I purchased a TRD Trans Cooler. If I have time after the brake install I will put it on. Not excited about having to drop my skid-row skid, not only does it weigh a ton but it's a bi#@$ to line up cus it's so torqued from all the rock hits lol.
Birthday is coming up.. I usually don't ask for anything at all (nor do I have birthday parties consisting of money making opportunities like some of you youngins here lol) but i'll be the big 25 and graduate soon as well, so I thought about asking for something special Doesn't necessarily have to be for the truck, but what should I ask for?! I don't really need anything, what shall I suggest?? Might ask for a new pistol. I been looking at the Springfield XDm series, man they're sweet.

I'm guessing those are Tundra Brakes? Nice!
As far as the XDM goes... ask for it... get it... you'll LOVE it! Mine is .40 flavor, w/a 4.5" barrel. It's super accurate, feels great in my hand, and 16+1 of .40 is as much as I'll need to stop anything I might run into.

Went pretty straight forward. For as major of an upgrade it is, it's very easy. They wont fit the lc80 wheels so either grinding or a spacer is required. Not wanting to grind, I chose to buy wheel spacers. Also after thinking about it, I realized if I ever have a blow out on the front, my spare wont clear! That would be a big problem. I highly advise those that change their front brakes to go ahead and do a full fr/rr brake bleed. Starting the farthest from the MBC and working towards it.

I forgot to update this..
I got a really good deal on some LX450 wheels a few weeks ago. Found them on ebay and the guy was asking way too much. When they ended I messaged him and shot him an offer, $400 shipped. He accepted and by the end of the week they were here. Cleaned them up and slapped 'em on.

Sure was.. I like them a lot better than the LC80s.
Another update.. I un-lazied myself and got a couple things done tonight. I had bought some 1/4" spacers to fix the sag from all the armor up front. Didn't take too long. I don't know how but I'm measuring almost an inch more of clearance?? +/- 1/8th or so.

I also finally finished up my paracord steering wheel wrap. I think it turned out well for a first time attempt. It's pretty sturdy.
So what's next you might ask? I haven no idea.. Going out to the offroad park this weekend. Hope to get some decent shots

Nice work with the steering wheel. What size spacers did you use to clear the Tundra brakes? Are your tires sticking out past the limited flares at all since the spacers? I'm picking up a set of LX rims myself and will be doing the Tundra brakes in the next year.

You might be able to get away with a 1/4" wheel spacer if you go with the 199mm calipers but with the 231mm you need bigger. So I just went ahead and ordered 1.25" spacers. They do stick out past but not by much.
