Kenwood Excelon Head Unit - Comments?

I'm thinking of putting a Kenwood Excelon unit in my '04 Sport 'Runner. Anyone have any comments or familiarity with this unit (KDC-X879) or Kenwood in general? It is Sirius and MP3 ready, has really cool flip out display, 3 year warranty and is highly recommended by my area audio dealer. Just looking for real world feedback. Thanks!

P.S. Dealer also recommended replacing factory speakers with Eclipse speakers. What about it?

How about kenwood excelon DDX 7015 - double din DVD/CD/MP3 ?

Don't need/want DVD. Just looking for audio improvement.
