I was having problems with my keyless entry only working randomly.
I tried a new battery, bought a new transmitter and was still having problems.
After many months of having this problem, I determined there was a corelation to opening/closing the rear hatch would cause my keyless entry to work or not work. I finally tracked down the problem.
Open the hatch and remove rubber grommet to expose wires.
I found one wire to be completely cut and another one was stripped of insulation. Im not sure what the purple w/ white runner does, but I repaired it anyway. Let me know if you have a wireing diagram.
I think the blue wire is for keyless entry. It would stop working if the exposed wire grouned to the frame.
I repaired the broken wire and protected the whole bundle with tape. My keless entry is now working fine. :thumb3:
