What model 4runner are these for? And, could you explain the application? Will these work as lift springs independent of new shocks? Would I need to purchase additional items to get the front and rears to work?

no specific 4runner as they're designed for most 2.5" shocks.
They're fit on KING shocks (obviously), Bilstein 6112's and a variety of other brands in the 2.5" range.

I know these will work for 2.5" shocks that are designed for the 5th gen.
