Did search but couldn't find anything regarding tire clearance with knuckle gussets. So I just finished my manual hub swap and welded on some TC gussets. With my stock 5 star and 265/70r16 tires they are about 1/2" clearance from the tire. I plan on upgrading to 285/75r16 and was wondering if there will be contact issues with the gusset. I think the "bulge" of the tire will move up a bit when going up to 33's I just dont know how much. So if anyone has pics or is currently running these tire size with gussets and stock 5 star rims could chime in that would be awesome!
