KO2's - wth?

The tire size calculator you show is great. where can I access it online? Thanks for the info, I was hoping that someone had actually tried the K02 275/70/17 tires on a fifth gen and could tell me if they actually rubbed or not. Most of the Videos and threads use 285/70/17 and they definitely have to do lifting and cutting. I will probably go with the stock size for a lot of reasons one being reliability, the reason I bought the T4R in the first place.

I only drive across creeks to get to a couple of cabins and once in a while a big rock pops up. I put a full set of skid plates on it for same reason , reliability.

Can someone link us up with the thread with the tire size chart (green / yellow / red) ?

It's actually Discount Tire, which now also owns Tire Rack, FYI.

Jesus Christ. It’s Jason Bourne.

The calculator is great for "reference" but since no two tires are designed the same way, its only mildly close in most cases.

KO2 carcass shape is pretty square.

STT Pro is similar but narrower.

Where the Ridge Grappler has a narrower contact patch and rounder side wall to tread contact.

I have 275/70/17 KO2's with a 3" lift and Camburg UCA's. They rub at full lock but with some minor trimming and a heat gun it was easily fixed. If I hadn't lifted it I would've went with KO2's in stock size. Just know the 275's only come in E Load.

I'm going to be doing a 2" lift in a few weeks. Do you have any info on what to trim off to keep from rubbing?
