Ok so I know there have been many other threads, but with new stuff coming out in the light industry like every week..... does anyone know of any AMBER L.E.D. fod lights that can be used in the model years listed. I have a 2012 Trail and was excited about the Baja design bolt in's till I saw they are NOT SAE compliant. So anyone got any new info or something they tried that works and is quality without being 500 bucks?

I had LED bulbs in the stock housing for a little while. Super bright and looked good, but one bulb quit working so I went back to halogen. They were some cheap ones from Amazon.

Thanks but that's exactly what I don't want... some cheapy things that kinda work and kinda fit but don't last. Found some a place called Diode Dynamics that say that are sae/dot legal for on road use but still doing research.

Am I missing something, Baja Designs released their SAE compliant fogs a few weeks ago.

Thanks! Just learned a ton of info!
I have never had a set of yellow fogs but a buddy of mins with several lifted Rovers that swears by yellow for offroad and daily use. Most roads around here are NOT lit at night so every little bit helps, without blinding oncoming traffic.
Also because of winter I need something that isnt going to freeze over and become useless.

If anyone is looking for a set of yellow Diode Dynamics SLF’s, I've got a lightly used set I’d part with for a good price.
