LA area suspension swap recommendations

I recently bought Bilstein 5100s and OME 2195E to install on my 2005 4Runner. My plan was to do the install with the help of a friend who has access to a full commerical shop with the works. Unfortunately that is no longer an option and I am looking for a shop to do the install for me. Here are the quotes for labor I've received

88 Rotors - $500
5 Speed Motors - $720
4WP Van Nuys - $750

I am inexperienced in this realm. Do these seem like reasonable quotes and does anyone have any shop recommendations?

cheaper to buy a jack, stands and some tools. I would say a good deal is about $100 a corner. Rears are super easy and quick to do. Hell, I am sure some guys local will help out for some food and beer.... just saying
 
I haven't heard good things about 88Rotors. There is a guy in the OC, Aiden James Customs that seems to be popular. Also try the Socal4Runners page on facebook.
 
I would stay away from Aiden James Customs. He has a long history of ripping guys off. He held money with promise of product to not deliver. But hsd no problems modding his truck... do a search on 5th Gen forum.. there is multiple long threads

88 Rotors use to be my go-to shop for they are very knowledgeable and works as a team when installing; they have minimum of two guys working. However, I have found another shop that is as good as 88 and gave me a better price.

San Gabriel CA Tires & Wheels Shop | Tire Central in San Gabriel

Side note: Never go to any 4WP stores for any installs. Most don't know nor don't care about how to install parts correctly. They're only good for buying parts for they do give out good deals; mainly they're a corporate and not a mom and pop shop.

Local Inspection

Not to hijack the thread, but new here and not allowed to start my own yet...anyone got recommendations for a shop for an inspection/anyone wanna earn a couple cases of beer or a scotch? I'm talking with a guy about a 4runner near Santa Monica but live in Colorado. Trying to get some eyes on it before I commit to either fly/drive or shipping. Pretty 1st gen 22re sr5 5spd that has light mods.

Call up Steve (owner) at RPM. He can take a look over before you buy it. He has done it for other folks too.
