LBJ(s) bolts kicking my A$$! Suggestions, Please

I've been working on these for the past two days so I can install FJ coils etc... PB Blasted/WD40 bolts on both sides three days ago. Have since taken to a torch and bfh and cannot break these damn things free. Ive broken pretty much every tool Ive thrown at them...Ideas?

There is, that's how I got mine off. I'm wondering if there's a chance he was spinning them the wrong way since they're upside down.

Yeah, the 2 big bolts (2 on each side, 4 total) that go up into the LCA

Don't have an impact gun. Would my little Porter Cable 150 psi compressor have enough power?

First things first. Use the right tool for the job. You should be using AT LEAST a 1/2" drive socket, and although more of a rare tool for the standard homeowner toolbox, a 3/4" drive socket.

If you can borrow or rent an impact gun, it will make your life a lot easier. Otherwise, make sure you use a good quality 6pt. socket 1/2" drive or greater with a good size cheater bar for leverage. Just make sure you are square on the bolt head so not to round it off.

I would not advise trying to use an impact with a little pancake compressor. The air tank is simply too small for the quantity of air an impact requires. I've tried this method in the past trying to remove some lug nuts years ago. Instead of breaking the nut loose, the 1/2" pneumatic impact simply caused the lug nut to weld itself onto the stud (assuming by heat generated).

The other option would be to go out and buy a 1/2" electric impact from Home Depot. I recently purchased the Milwaukee 1/2" impact model # 9072-20 and it buzzes off lug nuts faster than my IR 231C pneumatic 1/2" impact gun coupled to a IR2475-N5 80 gallon tank compressor.

You might actually be able to rent an electric impact from Home Depot. Worst case, buy it, use it, return it. Or as stated above, a 1/2" drive 6pt impact socket used with a 2 ft breaker bar should do the job.
