Sorry if it is and I've searched but I must not be able to find it. Come Monday I'm replacing my rack mount bushings , LBJ's and LCA bushings but I can't seem to find a write up on how. Now from what I've read it's going to be a little bit of a hassle but I need an alignment and the trucks been sitting for days now ! Any tips or anything would be awesome for any of these replacements!

IIRC from what i've seen I think you have to burn them out... I need to know this as well because I plan on replacing mine too. It would be nice if I could take the arms somewhere and have the old pressed out and new pressed in...

I was going to buy new lower arms, but I've heard of issues with the aftermarket ones causing alignment problems.

Best to have an automotive machine shop do the work. Remove parts yourself and pay shop to press out and press in bushings.

I havent searched yet, but I don't think anyone has done a writeup per-se on it yet. I have seen commentary in random posts up to this point. I am doing mine sometime in the next week or two. The bushings are in the mail.

So if y'all come across something, post it up, and I will do the same.

DO NOT buy any aftermarket crap... That is what I am fixing now by going back to Toyota arms and replacing the bushings. It has been in a word, a nightmare.

Why would you replace the lower arms unless you are LTing? It'd be cheaper and easier to replace the uppers if you are doing it for alignment reasons.

I'm replacing the bushings because I need to in order to get an alignment.

Give the arms and bushings I'll swap them for you... That I can do in my spare time at work

Man. I need an offer like that...

I know he's awesome, he help me put on my whole suspension set up and is only like 20 minuets away, sadly I would have no way of getting them down to him.. But much thanks again Mike!
