Leaking front door speakers

My front door speakers seals appear to be intact but due to all the rain we've had here in Nor Cal they are the source of my leak onto the drivers side floor.

I was able to trace the leak to the speakers due to looking at the dust and drip trails on the door.

What type of seal should I use to repair this?

i assume you're talking about the tweeters not the speakers in the actual door?

What's the condition of the weatherstripping?

Its the lower speaker not the tweeter. The weather stripping appears to be in good shape but is saturated. The screws holding it were tight also. I'll have to post a picture later

yeah we're gonna need a picture....cause in my head there's NO way speakers can be the cause of your leak.

how are your sunroof drains?
