Leaking Tail Lights

Mine looks like that too. And yes I try and wipe it off. It's on the inside - 100% sure. I always just look edfor the condensation/water right where you have it shown in your pics but when the service manager came they made me lift my tail gate and there is a lot more there on the side. He tried to look at the seam of the light itself and there was more than I thought.
YES...Me. Well sort of...
I almost went to the dealer and then thought, really not a big deal. But then I saw it again one week later. Both times I got a really close look at it and was 100% sure it was on the inside. Took my finger to it the second time and poof!! it was gone. You judge by the pics. I took them to show the dealer but that shit was on the outside. It was kinda an illusion in a way. Saw it on another 4R in a parking lot and same deal. It was on the outside.
Dumb question but, did you try to wipe it off?

Although I just glanced through all the posts, but I didn't see anything about pulling the bulbs and just checking the seal on it.
Seems to me that it would just be smarter to pull them out, make sure the little seals around the non-led bulbs are not torn, missing or pinched.
I'd also get my heat gun out, and very lightly (and at a distance) blow some hot, dry air into the housing until its all dried out. Reinstall the lamps and see how it does after that.
It just seems to me that the housing was open when it was probably very humid out, allowed it to get trapped inside the housing, and when it gets cold or warm outside, it starts sweating inside the housing. Drying it out completely should solve it, if the seals around the bulb holders are working properly.
Or maybe this has already been done by the dealership and that's why they are escalating the issue to corporate?

I'm fairly certain they have done all that before or at least in theory they said they pulled the lights off and checked for leaks when I complained some 20k miles ago... In my old age plus the fact that I don't have a garage and it's bitterly cold outside I just don't feel that I should have to go through that in a 1.5 year old warrantied new car. In my ten year old Ford I did the whole bake and re-seal the headlights but I learned that you can't really fix design flaw or just bad components. My 2 cents..
