LED pod fog lights with HALO turn signal?

Ive been toying with the idea of pulling out my OE foglight and turn signal and replacing them with a flood/spot combo of LED pods. My ideal result would be to have one or both sets of pods function as a turn signal with a HALO ring around the rim of the pod. Ill attach some pictures to illustrate what I'm trying to accomplish. Anyone with any wiring/relay knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

do you want halo on as drl, or just n when flashing signals?
if you want to use that as signals, just tap into the signal wires, also you must change out the flasher relay for the led version, as long yours not equipped with drl. I really don't suggest using a resistor in place, gets hot.
