Left brake Light doesn't work..

Did you replace the bulb or switch it the other side? Partially working taillight is not reason enough to dismiss the bulb.

Also have you checked the voltage of the contacts with the footbrake pressed? A volt meter costs like $10 and could clear much of this QA up real fast.

i switch the bulb yes and the pedal is not an issue the brake lights come on its the (always on lights) that one is not working

Yes but did you remove the bulb turn on the running lights and then test the circuit with a volt meter?

Is the bulb socket rusted up with corrosion?
