Northern Viginia Area Meeting

First, Thanks Thai & GatorGreg for adding these new sub-forums where we can communicate and setup a group meeting in the future.

As always, I want to have an initial meeting for all members who live around the Washington DC Metro Area so we can share our experiences with each other. If we later find it is a need, then we can setup more regular meeting.

Hopefully, we will setup a meeting date soon.

Nice to meet you to Lin! Nice touch with putting our names in the license plates.

It was nice to compare our rigs. I liked especially how your trim accents and door sills looked. I'll definitely have to start looking at getting some for myself.

Again, sorry that my rig was so dirty. Romping through the woods to get to the paintball field will do that I suppose

Well hopefully we can get a bigger get together. I think we have more Northern Virginia people around at the boards now.

It is nice to see you, too July...I got the chance to look inside what the sport edition is and your new audio system. It does add deep bass to it. I like the heated side mirrors. I think SR5 doesn't give it as an option. I maybe wrong...the door sill you can get from Jason B. PM him, he will give u a good price.

Sorry bro, it was kind of just quickly done. Lin wanted to see my new sub/amp and we've been talking about aftermarket alarm/remote

He had bought an alarm and remote start, not installed yet, and showed it to me as well.

what part of VA are you in? Lin is in Fairfax and I'm in Woodbridge. That pic was taken in the parking lot of Potomac Mills Mall

trying to setup another meeting sometime in the near future. myself and a couple of others are thinking of meeting in a "mutually convenient" parking lot somewhere and then grabbing some eats.

I haven't figure out which place yet. However, I think it is still alright to meet at Potomac Mill Mall since members can go shopping there, too. Or we can ask others members for suggestion.

Hey guys -

I'm located out in Ashburn (over by Dulles Airport) which is F-A-R from Potomac Mills. I would like to submit my vote for a location near Fairfax, maybe Fair Oaks Mall. This still provides for Shopping and Eating venues just in a more central location. Suggestions/Feedback?

As for the timing of this meeting - I would suggest that we try to meet when it's not so freakin' cold out!!!

Let me know what everyone thinks and we can all figure something out together.

Yup, Fair Oaks is a decent mall - Read Potomac Mills sucks :

I think most members here are a bit farther north anyways so I don't mind driving a bit. Also, we may be able to get some of the Maryland guys too.

JThree, I don't like cold, too. So, If anyone find a indoor parking would be great.
