Boy,your up early for a musician. ;):

Yes,holding at about 1000rpm is about right as I experimented with several lauching techniques and just being above idle speed worked best for me.
Ive been at the studio since 7am...yesterday. I do nothing but bullshit with you guys and play the drums. Welcome to my life. And I hate Ft. Collins. You'll notice that if im responding quickly throughout the day it means im in the studio. And if i dont respond for like a couple weeks im in another state. For some reason every time i get on a plane to leave CO, start thinking about work, but when i get on a plane to come back to CO, even if im coming back for work, the first thing that come to my mind is my fiancee and my 4runner. CO just reminds my of that damn thing. And ya know what SUCKS i have never found a 4runner rental in any state ive ever been to, and ive been to all of em except Alaska.

Sorry I got off topic and forgot what we were talking about. Holding it at 1000rpm is faster than wot but try putting it to the floor (holding the brake) then let off the brake when it gets to 1000rpm. if i just hold it at 1000 the wheels start to spin.

Well thats what i do. and it paid well so i cant complain. Funny story about her, one of her songs called boys boys boys, she starts the song out saying "this beat is sick" over and over, and when i was listening to it during mastering, she was standing next to me and every time she'd say it in the song, id turn to her and say "you're welcome, you're welcome" she got a kick out of it, i thought it was pretty funny. Hahaha

Ok This is a Bone Stock 2002 Limited 4WD.
On a Straight shot no hill.
I did have some weight in the back but nothing over 200 pounds total.

Also Dont ask why my high beams are on in mid daylight haha and Dont ask why my trac/vsc/abs lights are on.

First Run is 0 to 60.
I counted about 9 seconds..
I could have got a better run.

Cool videos. It rained here a little today so I did a few fish tails pulling out of places. It was fun.

Yeah nice shotz yo. WHen you wanna do a sick burnout (PS I know why all those lights are on), keep the shifter in L or first gear, and then punch it. If the ABS sensors see taht tha rear wheels are moving at 40 MPH+ it is gonna shift to 2nd.

Will that mess anything up?

No it shouldn't mess anything up. 1st gear is good for 40 MPH in AT's. I especially like to keep it in L when I'm in the snow because the less traction I get, the faster the wheels are gonna spin, and the transmission is therefore more likely to upshift

I would like to comment some of yinz's questions an comments about my burnout video haha.

Now that i think of it, leaving it in the L gear will help make the burnout longer without shifting into second duh haha common sense :bash: . And All the Lights are on Because I dont have a trac off switch so I just Unplug the Connector in the engine bay that disables ABS/TRAC/VSC. I only do this when im having fun in the parking lots and other such places. Never on a regular basis.
