Updated Pics. Just went from 285s to 315/12.5/17s. 3" OME BP-51, 1" toytec bodylift, and alot pounding to get there. Zero rubbing at full turn or fully stuffed.

hows the ride on 35s? do you plan on regearing

The ride feels much better but I also re-geared to 4.88s (still in break in period) and went from medium to heavy rear springs. Ride is considerably better.

Finally, simi-clean. Have 1/2 mile of gravel/talcum powder road to get to pavement. Can't wash it at home 'cause our water is hard as rocks .. water spots. Blew it off with a shopvack and hit it with a duster after the car wash and the 1/2 mile ride up talcum road. LOL!

What kind of fuel economy are seeing with those 35's? Do you see yourself keeping it for a while or are you finally to a point in the build where you're ready to move on?

Most of the way there on my SR5 Premium / TRD Pro Clone project. Thanks to this site, it’s been inexpensive and easy to dress it up a bit. With 2 boys driving this rig almost every day to football / baseball / school / dances / etc / etc / etc they wanted it to be a little more attention grabbing for the girls. Lol So, we got some rims, steps, TRD Pro badging. The Pro grill is on order... that’s the last thing we will do. Im not chasing down the hood bulge, want to keep the paint I have had since new. But it’s a nice new look.

Thumbs down to plasti-dipping the roof rails. The guy I bought mine from said he did it and it faded and peeled terribly so he took it off. My brother picked up a '15 two weeks ago and they plasti-dipped it and it's peeling.. Looks terrible.

Do it right... Remove it, sand it and paint it. I have 18 months on mine after doing that and it all looks perfect.

Gas mileage dropped from 14mpg with 285s and oem gears to high 12mpg range re-geared with 35s. Just under 30k miles I am keeping her till the wheels fall off but will prob lease a daily driver.
