Finally got around to moving the control head for the Icom to the roof console...

Other interior mods in the photo include the freshly installed Expedition Essentials T4RPAM (not the latest w/ the flush mounted USB plugs, but one version back); the overlay rear view mirror/dash cam/backup camera (records 1080p from the dash cam and 720p from a rear view cam and switches from being a mirror to displaying the camera by touching it); and the Fenix 4200 Mini switch panel.

Just ignore me trying to look at my phone screen and take a picture in the rear view mirror.

Funny about the selfie in the rear view. Speaking of that: What rear view mirror/dash cam/backup camera is it that you installed? Does it connect to your factory backup camera or is it a separate camera? If separate, how/where did you mount it? How has it held up?

Great thread! I traded in my '17 for 1 '20 OR last week and have got the modding bug again.

One of my biggest complaints is the odd use of fake carbon fiber on the center console trim. Has anyone painted theirs? or better yet, does anyone have a lead on a match to the factory black trim paint? I may buy a trim piece off of ebay to experiment with.

I thought some might want to see the 9 inch Alpine floating unit. I had trouble finding more than one or two pics before I purchased. It doesn’t really cover the vents as much as it looks in the picture. I’ve had a few people ask me if it just came standard with the car since it doesn’t look “after-market”

Hello Lhshockey24, that looks excellent! I have that same HU in my Crutchfield cart right now! Did you paint the plastic shroud to match the dark grey metallic interior? I have that same in mine and only saw the silver shroud available when ordering.

If you did paint it, do you happen to have a paint code?

Some older, simple interior mods: CF shifter knob, CF by front cup holder(unfortunately, the cf pattern doesn’t run the same way as the OEM), PRO letters on dashboard, and black wood door handles.

I don't have many interior mods, but I recently added Desert Does it Seat Jackers with molle panel.

I love the new seat position with the jackers and love the molle panel. Easy and relatively inexpensive mod.
