I believe he said it because Alex just posted pics of his setup yesterday.
When I first joined, this thread used to be cleaned up on a regular basis by mods so that only lift and tire pics were in here but now it seems that people just talk about whatever they want and no one cleans it up. So when noobs come in looking for pics they give up after 5 pages of conversation with only a few pictures of actual setups.
edit - just checked looks like there are actually about 6-7 pictures on the last 5 pages, whereas the first 20+ pages are almost entirely pictures.

This is a great idea. So many people want upgrade tires or add a lift that we have many repeat threads that request pics/info about tires and lifts. This thread is now a sticky to help people get an idea of what might be right for them
If you have a lift and/or upsized tires please do as HammerSC suggests above and feel free to add a link with more details of your lift. If you have a specific question search, search using the Google trick here and finally, if that fails, start a new thread.
To those shopping for lifts, skim the T4R of the month. If you scan through the current and past T4R of the month thread the lift/tire combo is usually mentioned.
The goal will be to have work like the DIY mod sticky in the General Section. Thanks for participating:bigok:

FYI- I have and will periodically go through this thread and delete some posts. I am deleting the posts that are text only and conversational in nature. I'm trying to keep this as a pure and clean lift/tire pic thread.
I'm not discouraging 'conversation'. I'm just going to clean it out after it's a week or two old...Chris
Unfortunately Chris disappeared a couple of years ago and no other mods have taken up the slack, rather some of them choose to continue contributing to the clutter.

I'll wipe out everything that doesn't adhere to those 4 rules if you want but a lot of people will be upset.
Deleting my post because clearly the tires I had installed a few days ago on my lifted and modified truck don't count in a god damn tire and lift photo thread.

There are conversational threads available, so I think you Should delete the posts that don't directly apply to a "new" lift setup, as gaterose explained. Don't think too many people would be upset about it. Also, please refrain from the harsh language, as a highly active member and especially mod, you should by now understand the level of respect we try to uphold, and cursing does not in any way show respect or leadership. I'm not bagging on you, just trying to keep T4R and this thread working the best it can!

Just my 2 cents as a newbie...I'm now on page 152 of 181 trying to get through all of the Lift & tire pics & info. It's taken many hours & days. The random convos are great, but should you be able to clean out the extra noise, that should save us nubes a lot of time. Then I can finally & confidently decide on ordering my setup, which I won't allow myself until I'm well equipped with info! Thanks in advance!

Out running around Dallas this morning. OME 886/896 Bilstein 5100s. Tires are 265.70.17. Want 275 but will wait until these need to be replaced
