Finally lifted her
Picked up my first 4runner a couple months ago and loving every bit of it. I finally got a mild lift on it so I figured I would share it with you. Nothing to crazy. I installed the TRUXXX 3" kit. Just enough to look a little better and clear the larger tires with out rubbing. Pretty happy with how it's all turned out.

So I started off with a 2.5 revtech ready lift. Then I installed an ome suspension an love it! Took off the running boards, Rollin on 17x9 XD addicts with 280/70/17 cooper stt's. Also got the Demello front bummer and replaced the glazed up head lights so something a little more stealthy. Noticed the fender flares were getting a little faded so I used some DIY bed liner. Got 2 10" led light bars on the way and spare tires being shipped... Getting ready for cbi rear bumper 
then tomorrow got plans of stripping the back compartment and bed lining as well so I'll let you know how it goes!

confused....I dont understand why you would life the front and rear
Ex:
Front 3/2 Rear .... If you want to level it out wouldnt you just want the front 3?...I guess im asking because im trying to figure out what leveler I should get for an 06 sr5 4wd.... wouldnt a daystar 2.5 front spacer do the trick?..

You only need about 1" - 1.25" to level the 4Runner. That's why all of the spacer lifts differ 1" between front and rear. So adding a 1" lift to the front would just about level it... hence Daystar's 1" budget boost as an example.

so then why is there a daystar 2.5?...i see people only using a 2.5 to level out ..

Usually the people that put the 2.5 up front put a 1.5 in the back to net a lift and not just a level. If you just want to level it out, then you can do so with a 1" spacer. But, to lift and level you need the 2.5/1.5

Is you bumper mounted right? I have a slight angle on my driver side gap but not on the passenger side gap. But on your both are.
I tried everything to get the angles right but every time I re-mount it and we tight up all the bolts in time the driver side always slips. So I am going to just tack weld mine to keep it in place once I drop my truck off at the shop to install my rear bumper.

Hehe :lol: People should really reconsider pulling out in front of me. It ends up with their car totaled and having to pay for my new hood and getting my bumper straightened out. :lmao:
Just got it back and its better than it was before the accident.
